Locate the item you wish to purchase
If you already know what you want to puchase, the easiest way to find it is
to type its name or product code into the "Super Search" box on the top of any
of our pages.
Alternatively, type you can search by category (cross stitch, embroidery,
tapestry, accesssories etc.) by clicking on the appropriate tab at the top of
each page.
You may also search by supplier, by clicking on the supplier name in the blue
navigation box on our home page. This will provide you with a list of
each of the ranges available for your chosen supplier.
You may use a general name using "Super Seach", for example "11 count" or
"printed" or "evenweave" or "geisha", or click tabs and links around the
website until you discover something interesting.
To get more information about a product, click its name or its image to see
its product information page.
Add it to your Shopping Basket
The Shopping Basket is where you store items you intend to buy. You can always
delete items from the Shopping Basket or save them for later if you change your
mind. When you find what you want (or what you might want) click the "Add
to Basket" button on the item's product information page.
When you've added everything you want to the Shopping Basket, click "My Basket"
in the top right-hand corner of the page.
To start filling in the order form, click the "Go to Checkout" button.
How do I pay for my order?
After enterring your address details, you may choose to pay by cheque, postal
order or secure card - we are committed to the safety of your

When is my order going to be delivered?
After you have placed your order, you will receive two emails, one from our
Payment Service Provider confirming your payment and one from us confirming
that we have received your order. Find more information about
delivery here.
You will then receive further emails from us confirming that your order
has been picked and shipped. We use our best endeavours to processs and
ship all orders on the working day of receipt.
